Several problems after firmware 3.3 update

Hello,

so after the firmware 3.3 update on Nova Air C, there are a couple of new problems, that were not present before...

1.) In these forum / community posts you always suggest to send feedback from the device and that you will reply in 2 days....well I sent feedback from my device for three times now ...20.9.2022, 22.9.2022 and 28.9.2022 and have received no replies via your feedback system. So please don't suggest this anymore until you either fix the system or actually reply.

2.) The "App" icon dissapeared on my device since the firmware upgrade...is now google play store the proffered way to get new apps ? Even for the apps that you optimized for your eink devices...such as OneNote, Word, Excel etc ? This is not mentioned anywhere in the firmware update changelog or in the updated "new" manual.

3.) Gestures don't work anymore when the "Hand Touch For canvas" is disabled in the sidebar in the Notes app (not talking about the "Hand touch" disable from the drop down menu). They are just not detected anymore, but they worked normally in the previous firmware version.

4.) Big Notes with several pages, take a lot of time to show the first page, while the display remains completely blank ... this goes up to almost a minute for some big notes with drawn diagrams that I have. This used to be much quicker at least to show the initial view in the previous firmware version.

5.) No way of turning on or off or change together both the cold and warm light as it was possible in the previous firmware version. No ... using side gestures doesn't help....because gestures don't work when "Hand touch for canvas" is disabled, see point 3.

6.) In the Notes app, the Lasso selection tool does not have a "select all" option anymore, as it did in the previous version. This was very useful when needing to move all elements on a page ... now you have to manually select all the page region drawing around it, at it is much slower to do. Previously you could just select the Lasso tool and do a "select all" and move around ... now the menu doesn't even appear until you  actually select something.

That being said ... I have noticed some improvements too, but the points above, made the experience working with my e-ink tablet worse. Is there any way of safely downgrading the firmware version to the previous one ?
