Stylus not working
Hello,
I bought a Nova air C a couple months ago. For the first few weeks stylus was working fine, but for the past months it hasn't been working at all. I changed the stylus pin but to no effect.
The tablet is fully updated. Is that a known issue or should I contact customer support ?

In this case, please check the Electromagnetic touch version of your device. You could find this info via Settings > Version.


If it shows unknown, it means the device has a hardware issue and we suggest contacting our customer service via the link below:
