Latest firmware broke the display on ultra c pro

My ultra c pro was working fine, I did a firmware update when prompted and now my display is complete messed up, the tablet is responding to long power press and that's about it. Support has me trying to factory reset but the video they sent me relies on touch screen working, in my case it does not. This is 5 month old device which was working fine. Does anyone have a similar issue or have any suggestions to recover this device ?
