My pen for onyx boox note air 2 started making noises

I have onyx boox for two years and few days ago my pen started making noises when you shaking with it. It is sound like something is moving in it. Ny pen didn’t fall to the ground and nothing happened to it, so can anyone please help me ? What should I do?

  Hi, thank you for answering. On video you send is a different type of pen than I have. Below I am sending a picture of the pen I have. Can you please tell me how to fix this pen?
