    Could you reboot the device and try it again? If it still does not work, could you please kindly submit this Service Request Form via https://help.boox.com/hc/en-us/requests/new with all info needed and our relevant colleagues will reply back as soon as possible. Please send us the video by Google Drive link then so that we can demonstrate how it goes better.

    I have the same problem. I have already sent you the information to the Service Request Form. I hope you can solve this ASAP, at least with a minor software update.
