Note 1 battery replacement in Europe

Hello,

I would like to ask about the price of replacement of battery in Europe and which Europe countries has Boox shops? Not all of the countries has the same shipping rates so knowing this would be helpful. 

I wrote to Boox via "submit a request" and Facebook but got no response for a few weeks now. 

The battery was so swollen that I had to remove it as I was afraid of it exploding. Would device with battery removed be accepted for repair? 

No warranty left.
