Delete Boox account
My Boox device is bound to my e-mail, but by accident I made a separate account based on my phone number, but it is not bound to my device. So it appears like I have two different accounts. How can I delete the account associated with my phone number?

I have gotten no response on my request three weeks later. I can see all accounts are still active.
