    In this case, we are wondering if there is any error message that appears on the web page when you try to download the article. If so, please check the error message.

    In this case, we suggest clearing the storage of your device to make sure it has enough space for saving the file.

    Also, please try to use another web browser, such as NeoBrowser or Chrome, and check if the problem persists.

    If still unable to fix the problem, we would appreciate it if you could reproduce this issue and take a video to record the problem. Then, please send us the video by submitting a request via the link below:

    i am experiencing the same issue. before the update i could download from google drive just fine, but now it just sits on "preparing download" indefinitely.

    Hi Timothy,

    After you download a file from the Google Drive app, please swipe down from the top left of the screen to bring up the notification center. Then, please check if there is a notification that shows the file is downloading. If so, please wait for the download to be completed and see if the problem can be fixed.
