Onyx BOOXPage 7 Security Issue: device will not accept Amazon Kindle app login password unless the entry is in "show password" mode

    Thank you for your prompt response.  I've had a third-party attempt the log-in and it seems it may be a keyboard issue - meaning the selected device keyboard might not work for me. I will need to research which is most closely similar to a standard US keyboard to avoid similar problems with other application logins.

    Aside from that, can you please confirm if personal data entered into my Onyx BOOX Page 7 device is fully encrypted or if personal information and/or credentials are shared back to the developers or third-parties? I love this device, but need your confirmation that data security is not an issue for users.
