Go Color 7 freeze at "Tablet is starting..."
I have 3 Go Color Freeze just purchased and enrolled last month. Suddenly the two of them refuse to turn on, beyond a colorless text stating "Tablet is starting..." But it never starts. They are both fully charged and appear to receive electricity from the USB-C.
I have tried to reboot, but pressing the off button just repeats the show.
One time I managed to reach a reboot menu through af lucky mix of off button and fast pressures on volume up, but unfortunately I chose Reboot system, and that made no difference. I have not been able to enter the reboot menu again
What should I do from here?
Is this a hardware or a software issue? (I still have the warrenty)

We apologize for the inconvenience. In this case, please charge the device with a 5V/3A charger for a few minutes. After that, please do not remove the power source, and please directly long-press the power button for about 20 seconds and see if it is able to turn on the device.
If still unable to turn on the device, you can try to follow the steps in the video below to enter recovery mode.

Then, you can try to swipe down on the empty area to select "Wipe data/factory reset". After that, you could press the power button to reset the device. Please check if the problem can be fixed.
