MS Word not showing part of written document
Hello,
on my boox, MS Word has part of the text of my document in white and not showing. On my Computer and Desktop I can see what I've written but no matter what I do, it is not showing in word on my boox note max. I have tried coloring the writing as well and opening and closing the document.
Does anyone know what might be happening here and how I can resolve it?

Dear customer,
We apologize for the inconvenience. In this case, you could try to open the MS Word app on your BOOX device > swipe down from the top right of the screen to bring up the Control Center > E Ink Center, or EinkWise > click the gear icon next to the selected theme (Recommend, Fast Refresh, Customize) > Display > set "Text Outline" to 0. After that, please check if the problem can be fixed. -
