Boox Go Color 7 Gen II firmware update 4.1.1 issues

After installing this update, the app screen seems to be in a constant refresh loop. The icons on the screen flash constantly and alternate with the word "loading". No other screen seems to be affected.

  Dear customer,

  In this case, please charge the device with a 5V/3A charger for a few minutes. After that, please do not remove the power source, and please long-press the power button for about 20 seconds and see if it is able to turn on the device.

  If still unable to turn on the device, please try to enter recovery mode to reboot the system. You can follow the steps in the video at the link below to enter recovery mode.

  I've been having the same issue as Anthony. It was immediately after updating to the latest version.

  I am having the same issue. I have tried all the suggestions above. It just keeps restarting- I’m unable to do anything with it.
