Hi, I've put the SIM card in my Palm but I don't have an internet connection.
What do I need to do? How do I configure it to have a connection?-

In this case, we would like to know if your device is still able to connect to the Wi-Fi network. If so, please update the firmware to the latest version first. You could update the firmware via "Settings" > "More Settings" > "System Update" on your device. Then, please check if the problem persists.

Then, please send us the video. It would be helpful for the tech team to address the issue.
After that, please kindly connect the device to the Wi-Fi or hotspot network, and please submit feedback via "Settings" > "FAQ & Feedback" > "+" on your device. Please make sure that you tick the option "send logs" and please describe the question in the feedback. Our technical team will get back to you as soon as possible after you submit the Feedback.
