Go Color 7 – Disable Pinch-to-Zoom in Notes App?
Hello,
I’m using a Go Color 7 and I’m having a very frustrating issue with the Notes app. While writing with the stylus, pinch-to-zoom is frequently triggered unintentionally.
Palm detection doesn’t seem to work well in my case, so the page keeps zooming in or out while I’m taking notes, which really breaks my workflow. What I want is to completely disable pinch-to-zoom in the Notes app.
I’ve looked through the Notes app settings and system settings but couldn’t find an option for this. Is there any way to turn off pinch-to-zoom (globally or just in Notes)? Or is there any workaround to improve palm rejection so this doesn’t happen as often?
Any advice or shared experience would be appreciated.

We are sincerely sorry that it is unable to disable the pinch-to-zoom feature. In this case, please update the firmware to the latest version first. You could update the firmware via "Settings" > "Firmware update" > "Check for update" on your device. Then, please check if the problem can be fixed.

Hi, I'm facing exactly the same issue on my Note Max after updating the firmware two days ago.
This is super frustrating and I can't take notes anymore as the pinch to zoom triggers very frequently.
Please add an option to disable to this feature in the settings.
