How to activate the Google Play?

1. For firmware 3.2 and above

For BOOX devices equipped with firmware 3.2 and above, below is the instruction to enable your Google Play on your device.

Please go to Apps > App management > Enable Google Play > GSF ID to activate the Google account first. After 1-48 hours, you will be able to log in to the Google Play. Please watch the following video for more information.

2. For firmware 2.0.1 to 3.1

Below are the instructions to enable your Google Play on your device:

Please go to Settings > Apps > Enable Google Play > GSF ID to activate the Google account first. After 6-24 hours, you can try to reboot your device and sign in to the Google Play account. You could learn more from this video. 

If there is no option to enable Google Play on the App Management, please go to App Management > App Info > find "ContentBrowser", click it > Storage & cache > CLEAR STORAGE. 

After that, it should be possible to use the Google Play without manually activating it.
