How To Optimize The Apps If BOOX Color E Ink Tablets Come Across Ghosting Effects?

I. First of all, you may need to make sure that the function option "Full Screen Refresh" is added to the navigation ball. Please kindly go to Apps -- Navigation Ball -- Enable Navigation Ball and then set up one of these buttons to "Full Screen Refresh”. Below are the steps in order.

You will see a Full Screen Refresh button right on your screen as below.

II. To optimize the apps if your BOOX E Ink color version device has some ghosting issues when reading on it, there are some methods below to solve it fast and improve your reading experience better. 

(1). While using our neo reader app (local Library app) on our Nova 3 Color, you are suggested to click "Screen Refresh" by tapping the Settings icon in the upper right corner to optimize it through "Regal Mode" for a recommended Refresh Rate, "5" and Refresh Type, "Depth".

When refreshing the screen, please kindly press the Full Screen Refresh Button mceclip8.png a few times. 

 

(2). If for other apps' use, we would recommend that you may open up a quick gesture, Full-Screen Refresh, to refresh the screen for a prompt ghosting removal.

After setting up, you could tap the black area in the middle part of the bottom line and then slide your finger up to refresh the screen a few more times.
