How can I optimize the apps if BOOX color E Ink tablets come across ghosting effects?
First of all, make sure the "Full Refresh" function is enabled on the NaviBall. Below are the steps in order.
Step 1. Tap "Apps" and open "NaviBall".
Step 2. Enable NaviBall and pin the Full Refresh button.
Step 3. You will see a Full Refresh button right on your screen as shown below.
If you encounter ghosting issues while reading on a BOOX E Ink color version device, some tips are below to help you solve it quickly and improve your reading experience.
1. Make sure you enable the Full Refresh function mentioned above.
2. While using our NeoReader app (native Library app) on our devices, follow the steps below:
Step 1. Tap the framed icon to open the settings menu.
Step 2. Tap "Refresh".
Step 3. Make adjustments to the appropriate settings as needed.
When refreshing the screen, please kindly press the Full Refresh icon a few times.
If for other apps' use, we would recommend that you open up a quick gesture, Full-Screen Refresh, to refresh the screen for prompt ghosting removal.
Step 1. Tap "Settings" and tap "Gestures".
Step 2: Switch on Bottom Gestures, then tap “Swipe up from the bottom toward the center”.
Step 3: Tap to choose Full Refresh.
After setting up, you could tap the black area in the middle part of the bottom line and then slide your finger up to refresh the screen a few more times.
