How to cancel an order or return a product?
Below are the guidelines for canceling orders or returning products:
1. Canceling an unshipped order
You can cancel your order only if the item has not been shipped. If the package has been handed over to the courier, we cannot cancel the order.
2. Returns within 30 days of receipt
Within 30 days of receipt of shipment, customers will only get a partial refund to cancel an already confirmed order for personal reasons, and the product is without quality issues. In this case, customers must be responsible for the shipping fees, receipt charge (6''- 9.7'' = $/€15, 10.3''-13.3'' = $/€20), and customs fees (if applicable) to return the products without hardware issues. You are responsible for paying all of the above fees. Return shipments sent without covering these charges will be rejected.
