How to cancel an order or return a product?

Below are the guidelines for canceling orders or returning products:
1. Canceling an unshipped order
You can cancel your order only if the item has not been shipped. If the package has been handed over to the courier, we cannot cancel the order.
2. Returns within 30 days of receipt
Personal-Reason Returns
US / EU / UK warehouse orders
- If the parcel has been opened, customers must pay a receipt charge (6''- 9.7'' models = $/€15, 10.3''-13.3'' models = $/€20).
- If the parcel remains unopened, the receipt charge is waived.
China warehouse orders
- If the parcel has been opened, customers must bear:
1. the original delivery shipping fee
2. the return shipping fee
3. receipt charge, and any applicable customs duties.
- If the parcel is unopened, only the receipt charge is waived.
Returns for Quality Issues
Once the defect is confirmed by Booxshop, we will arrange a free replacement, or full refund, including all shipping costs.
