Boox Note Air 3C Frozen

Hello!

My Boox Note Air 3C (pretty new and very gently used) was off for a couple of days while on holidays. The battery was also off. Yesterday I charged it again and since then there is no movement any more. The screen shows the charging symbol, whether I charge or not. It's not changing anymore. While I charge, the light on top is red. After charging it all night, it disappeared, there is no light anymore. It does not turn on with short or long pressing. I tried 2 seconds as well as 10 and 20 seconds. I also tried to reboot it with 10 seconds long and then 10 times short pressing of the power button - nothing. What can I do?

  Maybe you could try the process described in my previous post (equivalent issue) :

  If your unit still shows no respons, you will have to contact boox support for dysfunction confirmation and repair/exchange.
