    I have this same issue. When I click on the link that Joyce posted it says I don't have permission to access it. Can anyone help?

    Dear customer, we apologize for the inconvenience.

    In this case, we are wondering did you ever set up an Onyx account and logged in before you set up the password? Since the last update, resetting the password required logging your Onyx account on your device.
     
    If you don't have an Onyx account, we are afraid that we are unable to reset the password of your device and you may need to do a factory reset for the device in order to unlock it.

    Dears
    I am no able to login to Tab Ultra C pro.
    I totalny gorset password.
    Above instructions doesnt work for this version of boox as no blue light is available as mentioned.
    Even if istruction is made in the same way nothing has change.
    How I can login or do a fabric restart . Please support as soon as possible.

    I have Nova Air. I am locked out of this tablet. It's not allowing me to reset the password. I watched to video from the link above. When I attempt the steps the screen just goes blank. I am not giving option to restore to factory setting. The blue light is just staying non and the screen is blank. I know my password, something is wrong with the tablet. I don't have this issues with the my Apple products!
