I don't know if you are aware but submitting feedback directly on device settings doesn't work properly. After feedback is submitted I can see confirmation message but after some time it disappears and feedback section is empty again. I've been already trying for over a week with no success. Previously it worked fine and I could communicate with your support but those conversations also disappeared though I don't know if deliberately or not.
I have also one proposal for improvement. Every started conversation should have only one entry in feedback and all the messages should be within this one thread. Every newly created topic should have separate thread, otherwise everything is disorganised.
