boox max 3 freeze
Hi
I have an boox max 3 with the latest Firmware Updates. Yesterday I could Use the boox max 3 without Problems. Today i Started the boox and it freeze. I am Not able to choose any App . It does not react to Finger or pen Input. I am Not able to Restart it. What can i do?
Meantime I get the hint to press the power button for 10 seconds. The device restart but the freeze problem still remains.
Please help me!

I have been having this issue too. It occurs several times a week. I knew it was a software issue!
Georg it looks like this is an issue with the latest firmware version.
Boox please fix this!

If your device is in warranty, you can make a service request in the link above. They will send you a description how to reset the device. If this does not work, they will repair it for you (depending on the warranty state)
