Stylus as input in third-party apps
Hi all,
I've tried a few third party apps hoping that I would be able to use the stylus on the Onyx (Max 3) as an input device. For example, I tried running Write 3 by Stylus Labs and Squid. I found that these apps are not at all responsive for any input with the stylus. Which I find quite surprising - the apps are designed for this kind of input after all. So I have two questions:
- The first is for me trying to fix this issue: Is there some way to configure the Max 3 to make these apps work? Or are there other third party note taking apps that work better? What I am looking for is a note taking app that would have a Desktop counterpart.
- The second is for my understanding/education: Why is this not working? What makes the stylus input on the Max 3 different to whatever is expected by these apps?
Cheers, Kai

This would be important for me as well. I'm not familiar with Squid, but I did use Japanese-English dictionaries on my Note 4 (Android) phone years ago and was able to use the phone's stylus to input Japanese kanji; it was a great feature. I had assumed that any Android app that accepts stylus or drawing input would work on the Max as well. Please respond to this question. Thanks.
