Screen protector not pre-installed

I know it's a small thing but i was very disappointed that my screen protector did not come pre-installed.  Most of the videos and reviews i saw said that they had major issues trying to get it on without bubbles. when i ordered, it said it would be pre-installed.  Did anyone else get one that was not already on? (if your order photo said it would be).

  I took a look at the email receipts for my Note Air and didn't see mention of a pre-installed screen protector.  I did install the included screen protector and got it bubble-free/dust-free with way too much time, patience and sticky tape.  I couldn't remember if mine arrived with a super thin plastic covering over the screen.  If it did I would have assumed it was packing protection and removed it immediately.
