Ultra Tab C stuck on loading screen after attempted update – reset doesn’t work
Hello,
I tried to update my Ultra Tab C because it hadn't been updated in a long time. Now, I can't use it—it only shows the loading screen. It just keeps loading until the battery drains. After charging it, the issue still persists.
I tried resetting it by holding the power button for 10–20 seconds. The screen blinks several times (black and white), the Onyx logo appears, and then it goes back to the loading screen—and that's it.
Does anyone have any idea how to fix this?
I'm patiently waiting for a response from support...

In this case, please charge the device with a 5V/3A charger for a few minutes. After that, please do not remove the power source, and please directly long-press the power button for about 20 seconds and see if it is able to turn on the device.
If still unable to turn on the device, please try to enter recovery mode to reboot the system. You can follow the steps in the video at the link below to enter recovery mode.

Factory reset worked! The tablet was wiped of my data, but at least it works again! Thats amazing! Thank you so much for providing exact reset commands.
