Lasso-tool issue and other bugs! (Latest firmware)

Hi Just purchesed my new Boox device. Im coming from the older serries with old firmware (aprox 5 years old) Theres been many improvements but 1 thing that is bad design or a bug is the auto-deselect of the lasso tool. Which is not optional. It adds extra steps when i make flow charts its hell! Im considering leaving the boox landscape and returning all products if this isnt properly handled. Its really poor decision to make it like this without allowing users to toggle the behaviour if anything the user should be in full controll or the device is only good for a niche within a niche. Anyhow, other functionality seems to have broken. FreeMark, changing the default directory is not maintained. And it always seems to reset to Onyx Kalendar Memo. Once it intializes on any day it takes the dimensions of the draw area but when you change rotation or coming from a split screen. The area is not resizing and remains as small as when it was initialized. This is odd because you cannot take advantage anymore of the full space. Notes and sync features should work consistantly across apps. I hate vendor locking. Hence i picked BOOX because its basically an open platform running Android. People Choose BOOX because its an open platform. With many competition on the rise theres enough vendor locking as it is. So BOOX stands out as the perfect pick. Anyhow, i noticed sync with for example Google Drive is only supported in a few scenarios. Like when i create Handdrawn notes. But when i purhase the additional keyboard and make text notes. Im locked in to Onyx Sync only. I dont get sync with Google wich is offensive. There is also an issue with the Tab Ultra C Pro of the pencil clicking to the side and activating the volume buttons which creates an infinite loop creating new note pages rapidly. It should be able to be turned off. This is a feature request and not a bug perse. Something else i noticed which is also maybe a feature request and not a bug. Is that while the screensizes get bigger. It only really zooms all apps more. I dont get more realestate perse. I can fit as much on a 7 inch as i can on a 10 inch as i can on a 13 inch. It appears to all run the same resolution. You get 4 notes wide. 6 icons wide. 4 rows. With lots of empty space inbetween on larger devices. Lastely, it would be nice if we can create multiple shortcuts to apps because i can now only have 1 link to an app. Heres the general idea: we want todo more woth less steps to action. So drawing mode should draw. Selecting mode should select (not revert to drawing) A desktop should have icons we can manage. Etc.. Honestly i dont even care about A.I. on a eInk display for note taking and reading. Please, this is no iPad. No Laptop. Its not a desktop PC. Just do these 2 basic things right: Notes and Reading. With PlayStore this is one hell of an amazing device. I would be carefull not rush into new avenues without first focusing on your core user group and their daily use of the device or its over for Boox in the long run im afraid. Unless you want to take the company another direction all together. As for those invested right now. Please do fix all outstanding bugs with your basic apps and firmware before adding "new stuff". If anything make everything optional. Simple.
