Undo and Underline Deletion Not Working After Latest Firmware Update (Note Air 3C)
Dear Boox Support Team,
After installing the latest firmware update on my Note Air 3C, I have encountered some issues with the note-taking functionality:

The Undo option no longer works properly.

Once I underline text, I can no longer delete or remove the underline. Previously, I was able to select the underlined words again and remove the underline without any issue.
These functions were working smoothly before the update, and their absence is significantly affecting my workflow.
Could you please look into this issue or let me know if there is a workaround or upcoming fix?

After that, please submit feedback via "Settings" > "Feedback" > "+" on your device. Please make sure that you tick the option "send logs" and please describe the question in the feedback.

Thank you very much for your response and instructions. The issue seems to have resolved itself — it was occurring for a few days after the update but no longer appears to happen now. It may have been a temporary malfunction.
