help with onyx boox note 5c
I have an Onyx Boox Note 5C that I bought recently. It doesn’t recognize my fingerprints, and I don’t remember the password. I log in using a pattern. I tried to install an update, but the process took so long that the screen saver turned on and interrupted it. Now, even after I set the screen saver delay, the update still won’t install. Is there any way to do a factory reset on this Onyx Boox, bypassing the password?
