Multi touch after update

After the latest update on my note 4c, the multi touch for scrolling is missing. Palm rejection isn't good enough to leave touch enabled.

  We apologize for the inconvenience. In this case, we are wondering if you are referring to the built-in Notes app. If this is the case, it is possible to scroll the page by using 2 fingers to touch and drag the screen.

  Regarding the issue with the palm rejection, we would appreciate it if you could reproduce this issue on your device, and please take a video to record the problem. After that, please submit feedback via "Settings" > "FAQ & Feedback" > "+" on your device. Please make sure that you tick the option "send logs" and please describe the question in the feedback.

  I'm using one note, but prior to the latest update, I turned off touch input, and I could use 2 fingers to zoom and scroll.
  I will take a video tomorrow of the palm rejection..
