    We apologize for the inconvenience. In this case, please try to download a 3rd-party browser such as Edge and set it as the default browser. After you download the 3rd-party browser, you can go to Settings > Apps and Notifications > Default Apps > Browser > select "Edge". After that, please check if it is possible to log in to the Everand app.

    It didn't work for me on my new Boox Palma Pro 2 this way. Is there another solution? I noticed in the recording that when the internet disconnects, the access appears, but in my case it doesn't appear, the screen remains blank.
    Will the same thing happen on my Boox Note Air5C that is about to arrive?

    Dear customer,

    In this case, you could try to reset your Palma 2 Pro via Settings > More Settings > Reset Device > Factory Reset. Resetting the device will delete all data and files on your device. Please back up all important notes and documents before restoring the factory default.

    After that, you don't need to install any 3rd-party browser on your device. Please download the Everand app and follow the steps in the video at the link in our previous reply. Then, please check if it is possible to log in to the Everand app.

    I followed the instructions suggested for my BOOX PALMA PRO 2 and was finally able to log into EVERAND. Thank you very much. I would like to take this opportunity to let you know that I did not have this problem with my BOOX NOTE AIR 5c; I was able to log in without any issues. Now all that's left is to learn how to use it to get the most out of it. Thank you again.
