Hotspot/Tethering - not working - Palma 2 Pro

Sending best New Year Wishes :).
Yesterday received my Palma 2 Pro, inserted sim card (cellular + data) but hotspot function and tethering don't seem to work (internet is working well)
I see default connection (Palma2_Pro_C) on my another device Palma 2 and have managed to connect with it but internet is not working. I checked with iPhone and encountered same situation. Could you please help me with this issue?

We apologize for the inconvenience. In this case, please try to connect the device to the Wi-Fi first. Then, please update the firmware to the latest version. You could update the firmware via "Settings" > "More Settings" > "System Update" on your device.
If the problem persists, please kindly go to "Settings" > "FAQ & Feedback" > click the hamburger icon on the top right corner > "Settings" > enable "Save logs to local storage before rebooting the device".
After that, we would appreciate it if you could reproduce this issue on your device, and please take a video to record the problem. Then, please submit feedback via "Settings" > "FAQ & Feedback" > "+" on your device. Please make sure that you tick the option "send logs," and please describe the question in the feedback.

I updated device to current version but problem is still occuring.
Just shared feedback through my device. In attachment i've included screen video. Mail provided is the same one i use on here on website.
