    However, if the firmware is already the latest but the problem persists, we would appreciate it if you could submit feedback via "Settings" > "FAQ & Feedback" > "+" on your device.     Considering to get of the notebook now. Only had it for a couple of months..

    Hi Fouad, I've talked to customer care and sent them multiple logs regarding this issue and nothing has fixed it. At this point, I'm going to do the same thing and sell it for something else. It's the most frustrating bug I've ever had and nothing seems to fix it. Best of luck with your tablet!

The firmware version in your feedback shows your device is in firmware 4.1.1-rel-1202, which is not the latest version. In this case, please try to update the firmware to the latest version first.
