    In this case, you could update the firmware on "Settings" > "Firmware Update".

    If that is unable to update the firmware, we suggest submitting feedback on your device. Our technical team will reply to you in 2 working days after you submit the Feedback.

    In this case, you could update the firmware on "Settings" > "Firmware Update".

    The tablet won't turn on now, so I don't have access to the system update in your suggestion.

    I can only access the "Loader" mode using the "updater.exe" tool published for Note/Nova Pro. I need a firmware tailored for "Note Plus" so that I can burn it into and recover the tablet. Thanks.

     

    P.S. I've also sent a request email as you also noticed and replied with the same instruction. You can send me a download link via email if it is not appropriate for public sharing.
