Nova Air C Wacom layer / pen position wrong when using original Boox Cover
I have problems with my brand new Nova Air C whenever it is used with the original Boox magnetic cover that I bought in the package with the tablet.
I use the tablet for making technical quick sketches and diagrams...straight lines and proper positioning on the canvas is very important for me. Furthermore a cover or some sort of protection for the tablet is also important for me because I carry it around the work office and use it while meeting with co-workers out of office - there are oftentimes no table or surface to pu the tablet on.-
When I use the tablet by itself the position of the recorded pen position is quite accurate, at least to the best I can obtain with the included calibration procedure. However when the tablet is inserted into the original Boox magnetic cover, the situation changes dramatically. Everywhere the magnets are present in the cover, straight drawn lines become skewed (~5mm from the actual position of the pen, on the right side of the tablet) and on some spots, the pen is not recorded at all (on the left top and bottom corner) even by increasing the pressure on the pen.
The affected areas are on the left and right side of the tablet and the displacement is noticeable to areound 10mm from the border inwards, where it practically dissapears.
Doing a re-calibration while the tablet is in the cover DOES NOT fix this. Resetting the calibration to preset DOES NOT fix this. I've done it countless times, most times I actually have serious problems getting the pen to register in the left top and left bottom points...as already described.
There is no such problem when the tablet is out of cover.
I know how Wacom layers react to magnetic fields and simply put, the original cover that I received with my tablet (silver cover with "Boox" written on the front) is not adequate for the tablet. I cannot use it as is. Can you please provide a replacement proper cover that is technically adequate for the Nova Air C ?... I do not care if it is magnetic or not (actually I would prefer one that would grip the tablet as a standard phone cover does with a silicon envelope or similar, because it would protect the corners also).
With the cover I can only use the tablet for viewing / reading and for writing in the middle of the screen. This is not acceptable.
The problems I'm having are similar to the post below, but at a much higher degree / more distortion:
Please help.

Hello, can you provide any further information about a possible solution ? More than two months passed and there was no further information given from your (producer) side.
Do all your devices use magnetically attached folios / covers ... and users have no specific problems with the writing/drawing precision ? If that's the case is it possible that there's actually something wrong with my tablet ?
