Blank Notes --- Note Plus --> Note2
When I synch notes that were done on the Note Plus, the appear blank on the Note 2 when synched. Some of these may be older notes. Both devices are updated to the most recent software.
I did the "synch in background" so they appear with the right # of pages, but they are blank on the Note2

In this case, please try to create notes backup on your Note 2. And then, please restore the backup and see if the notes are still blank. To back up your notes, please follow the steps below:



However, if the notes are still blank on your Note 2, we suggest submitting bugs/software questions on Feedback via Settings/ Feedback on your Note 2. Please also tick the option "send logs" while sending the Feedback so that we can analyze and diagnose the exact problem better. Our technical team will reply to you in 2 working days after you submit the Feedback.
