Ordering & Payment on BOOX Shop

1. What payment methods does BOOX Shop accept?

Currently, BOOX Shop only supports PayPal as the payment method. We do not offer invoicing at this time. If you prefer not to create a PayPal account, you may use PayPal Express to pay directly with a credit/debit card. (For the best experience, we strongly recommend using PayPal Transfer.)

2. What happens after I complete my payment?

After successful payment, you’ll receive an order confirmation email that includes:

  • Order number
  • Product details
  • Shipping information (Please verify these details for accuracy.)

3. Important notes when ordering

1) Shipping Address Requirements:

  • Keep the entire address under 35 characters (including spaces).
  • Avoid special characters like: /, *, \, (, ), etc.

2) Currency

All prices on BOOX Shop are listed in US dollars (USD).

3) Installment Payments

PayPal installment plans may be available in certain countries, depending on local PayPal support.
