Note Syncing
Note: The Notes app is only available for models with handwriting functions. You may need to check your synced notes with the website browser for these devices.

You can sync notes across all your BOOX devices. The notes can be viewed and shared on our send2boox websites and BOOX Assistant app.
Account and Server
1. You can only sync notes to the cloud after logging into your ONYX account.
2. Choose the same account and server to avoid incomplete syncing or mess.
3. Please refer to the ONYX Account Sign-up and Language and Server pages for more info.
Note: 1. The data on each server is independently stored. 2. If multiple accounts are logged on one device, each user will only see the notes synced to their own accounts. 3. After login, the notes created before login will be synced to your account. If you log out again, the notes will not be seen on the device until you log in to the same account. |
Auto Syncing
1. To auto-sync all your notes, do the following:
Home Screen>Notes>Hamburger Menu>Sync Settings>toggle on Sync all notes to ONYX Account
2. To auto-sync one particular note, do the following:
Home Screen>Notes>long press the note>Sync tab>toggle on ONYX Sync
Manual Syncing
1. To manually sync all your notes, tap the Sync icon in the top right corner.
2. To manually sync one particular note, tap the Sync tool on the sidebar within that note.
Note: This setting is not available when the main sync setting or the sync setting for this note is turned off. |
