How to request an invoice for your BOOX Shop order?

BOOX Shop provides electronic invoices only after the order receipt is confirmed. If you have already received your device and need an invoice, please follow the steps below:
Step 1: Submit a Request
- Go to the BOOX Shop website and locate the “Contact Customer Service” request form.
- Select “Invoice” as the service type and submit the form.
Step 2: Provide Necessary Information
In the request form, please provide the following details:
- Order Number: The unique identifier for your purchase.
- Product Name: The name of the item you purchased.
- Recipient Details: This includes your name, company name (if applicable), tax ID (if applicable), address, and contact information.
Once your request is submitted, our team will process it and send the electronic invoice to your registered email address within 3 business days. Please check your inbox (and spam folder) for the invoice.
